Fundo.one Secures pre-Seed Funding to Transform SME Access to Grants

Fundo.one closes the first part of its pre-Seed round to accelerate its AI-native platform for SME grant access.

Genoa, Italy — 9 January 2026

Fundo.one, the AI-native fintech B2B SaaS platform empowering SMEs to discover, qualify for and secure grant funding, and the first spinoff of Maritime Ventures Company Builder, has successfully closed the first part of its pre-Seed financing round.

The round is led by CDP Venture Capital SGR through its Boost Innovation fund, joined by a group of experienced private investors who share the company’s vision, including TWOW, B-yond Ventures, an international business angel and Italian business angels.

This milestone marks a major step forward in Fundo.one’s mission to close the funding gap faced by millions of SMEs across Europe.

Unlocking grant funding through AI

Fundo.one’s platform leverages advanced AI agents to automate the entire grant-access workflow for SMEs: from eligibility matching and application drafting to compliance checks, submission support and full reporting.

By replacing manual, fragmented processes with intelligent automation and continuous monitoring of funding opportunities, Fundo.one enables SMEs to secure non-dilutive capital faster and with significantly less effort.

“Accessing grants shouldn’t feel like navigating a maze. Our AI-native approach removes complexity and levels the playing field for SMEs that often lack the resources to pursue these opportunities, truly democratising access to grants.”

Andrea Giustina, co-Founder and CEO of Fundo.one

Fuelling the next stage of growth

The newly secured capital accelerates product development, enhancing the platform’s agentic AI capabilities and supporting go-to-market efforts beginning in Italy, one of Europe’s largest markets for grants.

Fundo.one will continue to engage directly with SMEs and startups while expanding its partner ecosystem, including key supply-chain leads.

Rolling round still open

For a limited period, the convertible note remains open to additional investors on a rolling basis as Fundo.one continues to scale. Interested investors can contact Andrea Giustina at andrea@fundo.one for further information.
